Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at fifthseason@web.de. If approved, we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
